Shuttle buses from Milan Bergamo Airport leave for Milan Central train station and Lambrate train station, Bergamo train station, Brescia Autostazione CIBA, Fiera Milano Rho (the trade fair center), Malpensa, Monza and Cologno Monzese. The main bus operators are Azienda Transporti Bergamo (ATB), Orioshuttle, Terravision and Autostradale. The airport is located just off the route SS671, which links into the A4 Autostrada/motorway connecting the airport to the cities of Bergamo and Turin. Bergamo is situated a mere 5 km from the airport.

Shuttles to Milan, which lies some 60 km to south west of Bergamo, take around 60 - 90 minutes to arrive at Milan's central station. The city of Brescia is located approximately 48 km from Bergamo Airport.

Bergamo Orio el Serio Airport to Bergamo City Centre.

Azienda Transporti Bergamo (ATB) No 1 bus covers the route to Bergamo city & leaves every 20 minutes. All ATB shuttles stop at Bergamo train station, which is close to the city centre and most of them also stop at Upper Town, but on some buses, passengers are required to change at either Porto Nuova or the railway station and take the 1A bus.

Bergamo Airport to Milan City Centre by Terravision

The distance to Milan City centre from Bergamo Airport is around 60km. Terravision's Milan Orio el Serio Airport buses charges a very reasonable EUR 5.00 for a single journey and EUR 9.00 for a return ticket (Prices as Jan 2019). Children and young adults aged 4 to 18 must pay the same, but babies and toddlers aged 0 to 4 go free. Terravision's Milan Bergamo Airport buses run approximately every 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day. Terravision's price includes no booking fee, free amendable travel dates & there is no formal luggage limit.

Bergamo Airport to Milan City Centre by Orio Shuttle

Not wishing to be beaten on price, the low-cost Orio Shuttle, which runs between Bergamo Airport and Milan Central train station, costs just EUR 4.00 for a one-way ticket. These buses run every day of the week and take 50–60 minutes to complete the journey. Leaving every 30 minutes peak, Orio Shuttle buses from Milan Orio el Serio Airport start their service at 4:25 am and finish at 23:40. The shuttle is direct and makes no other stops.

Bergamo Airport (APT) to Milan City Centre by Autostradale

The third option is Autostradale buses from Bergamo Orio el Serio Airport to Milan city that leave every 20-30 minutes throughout the day. During off peak season the single journey costs just EUR 5.00.

Bergamo Airport to Milan Malpensa Airport

Orio Shuttle buses from Milan Orio el Serio Airport also offer a new service that covers the city of Bergamo, its airport and the city of Monza as well as Malpensa Airport. This round-trip costs EUR 18.00, if the ticket is bought from the ticket office at the airport and EUR 16.00, if the ticket is purchased online.

The bus starts the journey in central Bergamo (via Furietti 17), stopping first at Orio el Serio, then central Monza before continuing to Milan Malpensa Airport. The whole trip takes 2 hours to complete. There are 7 runs on weekdays Monday to Friday and three daily runs on Saturdays and Sundays.

Tickets for the Orio Shuttle and all other bus operators can be purchased in the arrival’s hall in the authorised ticket office. There are also ticket machines at the bus stops and staff are happy to assist with the purchase.

Bergamo Airport to Brescia by Bus - Autostradale

Milan Orio el Serio Airport buses to Brescia cost EUR 22.00 per person for a return ticket and EUR 12.00 for a one-way ticket. There is only one bus every two hours between Orio el Serio and Brescia with services starting at 5.10 am from Bergamo Airport. Children between the ages of 2 to 12 travel for EUR 6.00 on a one-way ticket.

Bergamo Airport to Milan Fiera Rho trade Fair

Travelling to the trade fair centre in Fiera Rho will cost EUR 12.00, if the ticket is bought in advance online and EUR 12.00, if bought from the ticket office at the airport on the day. This direct Milan Bergamo Airport bus service takes 70 minutes to arrive at Fiera Milano Rho and runs only on exhibition days. The first service starts at 8.45 am and the last service leaves Rho at 17.45 pm.
